What to expect
When you reach out to Kek Associates, Inc., you can expect a response within one business day. Initial conversations are exploratory and unpressured — our goal is to understand your situation well enough to say honestly whether we can help, and if so, roughly what that would involve. If a particular request falls outside our areas of expertise, we will tell you directly and, where possible, point you toward a more appropriate resource. There is never an assumption that an initial conversation must lead to a formal engagement.
Depending on the nature of your inquiry, a first conversation may take place by phone, by video call, or in person at our Rochester office. We find that a short introductory call is usually enough to determine whether a more detailed discussion is warranted, and we will always be candid if we believe another type of advisor — an attorney, an accountant, or an industry specialist — would be better suited to a particular question.
Directions & parking
Our office at 150 Josons Dr is located within the Rochester metropolitan area and is accessible from the region's major roadways. On-site parking is available for scheduled visits. If you are traveling from outside the immediate area, let us know when scheduling a meeting so we can provide any additional directions or arrange a virtual meeting instead, whichever is more convenient for your schedule.
For clients based elsewhere in Western New York, or engagements that call for repeated on-site work, we are also glad to arrange meetings at your location. The map above reflects our primary office; specific meeting logistics for a given engagement are always confirmed directly with you in advance.

Anything you share with us — by phone, by email, or through the form on this page — is treated as confidential, whether or not it ultimately leads to a formal engagement. We understand that the situations organizations bring to us are often sensitive: a leadership transition that has not yet been announced, a financial concern the board is only beginning to address, or an operational problem that staff are not yet aware of. You do not need to have all of the details organized before contacting us. Part of our role is helping you think through a situation clearly, and that process is often most useful at the earliest stage, before decisions have already been made.
